Synopsis
Optimus Prime meets with the Secretary General to Ratify the Cybercord Treaty, while news station BBS provides coverage of the event, including asking the opinions of protestors who feel the Autobot's pressences is in fact an attempt at infiltraition.
An unspecified ammount of time later at the Halls of Justice, Prowl and Jetfire grow suspicious of Prime's absence when he was supposed to return to Cybertron via Space Bridge. Leaving Jetfire to reason with the Council of Elders.
Optimus Prime is then revealed to have arrived within a damaged Unicron, summoned by Megatron's disembodied identity.
Back on earth, Kicker and the Omnicons begin to harvest an undersea pocket of naturally occuring Energon. However during a delicate stage of the opperation, Mirage attacks, along with and [[Sharkticon (Energon)]|Sharkticon]].
In Los Angeles, Rad and Alexis discuss the validity of protestor's paranoia regarding the Autobot's armed pressence on Earth.
The council of Elders, namely Levitacus, refuse Jetfire's request for more resources alloted to the protection of Earth. however Councillor Avalon reasons that perhaps the protection of Earth and it's resources isn't a bad idea.
Deep within Unicron, Optimus refuses Megatron's request for technical assistance, but Megatron then reveals that Unicron has started his attack on the cities Toronto, Moscow, Los Angeles, and Tokyo. Rad screams in horror as the taxi cab that Alexis just got into is destroyed.
