Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. His best known voice over roles are Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, the Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on The Hub's G.I. Joe: Renegades, and several characters on Family Guy. His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity and Ed Ward on Like Family, Panthro from 2011 reboot of ThunderCats.

He also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
