Vortex is a Decepticon. Along with the other Combaticons, he can form Bruticus Maximus.

If you look closely, he may look like Him from The Powerpuff Girls. Ok, that's a lie.

• Vortex (Deluxe, 2012)

Vortex transforms from a Cybertronic attack helicopter into a robot. He can also combine with his fellow Combaticon warriors to form Bruticus.

He was redecoed and retooled into Generations Whirl.
