The Autobot counter-insurgency team on the planet seems to be led by Bluestreak, although the Wreckers were brought in after the Decepticon infiltration unit on Varas Centralus went to Phase Six - Springer refers to the situation (and possibly the planet) as "a lost cause". The Wreckers were laying siege to the Decepticon command bunker when Optimus Prime re-assigned them back to Cybertron.
