Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. (Strike Prototype; Rapid Engagement & Elimination Module) was the best known of the small-scale prototype Omega Sentinels that preceded from Omega Supreme.

During the development phase of Project Omega, Highbrow, Perceptor, and Wheeljack constructed multiple proof-of-concept prototypes for what would eventually become the Omega Sentinels. The 1/12^th scale Mark IV Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. was a well-known example.
