Igu (イグ Igu) is the Arms Micron partner of... uh... some Jet Vehicon.

Available only with his larger partner Jet Vehicon in Japan, Igu comes as an unassembled, unpainted "kit". He transforms from a robotic iguana into the Vehicon's shielded "beam gun" arm-cannon. He is covered in 5mm posts and holes as part of the Arms Micron gimmick, allowing him to combine with other Microns to form bigger and more ridiculous "Combo Weapons" and "Super Combo Weapons".

For some reason, the boxback labels Igu's Energon Crystal as a "Power" type, which is green, not the clear-white of the actual toy. This is likely just a printing mistake, possibly because the very similar Noji uses a green "Power" Crystal. Igu is listed as "Natural" in the "Arms Up mission" online game, and he's part of a Super Combo Weapon with two other "Natural" types (see below), so.

Notes

• Igu's name is, obviously, derived from "iguana" (イグアナ), condensed down to two syllables.
• We'd just like to point out how neat it is that the Arms Micron partners to the car-Vehicon and Jet Vehicon go from the same style of blaster to different animals altogether.
