Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. His best known voice over roles are Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, the Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on The Hub's G.I. Joe: Renegades, several characters on Family Guy, and Panthro from 2011 reboot of ThunderCats. His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity and Ed Ward on Like Family.

He also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
