- The Star Saber is a Mini-Con-formed weapon from the Aligned continuity family.
Formed from the Arms Microns R.A., O.P. and B.2, the mighty Star Saber is just one of the many Super Combo Weapons the Arms Microns can form when they work together. Whether or not it lives up to the name, however, is a different story.
Fiction
Arms Micron Theater
After a miserable attempt by R.A and B.2 to cheer him up, O.P. resolved to show viewers his abilities and combined with his fellow Arms Microns into the Star Saber. Rescue Transformation! Fowler in Crisis They later showed up in the form of the Star Saber to put a stop to Gabu, Baru and Dai, who were using their own Super Combo Weapon form, the Dark Matter Calibur to vandalize the studio. In spite of their bravado, the Star Saber proved inferior and was knocked into its component Microns by a single swipe from the Dark Matter Calibur. Adhesive Transformation!? Magnetic Tag Match

- The Star Saber is a massive blade formed by combining the Arms Microns O.P., B.2 and R.A., available only in the Japanese releases of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Ratchet, respectively. As each Micron still has several unused 5mm posts and holes, even more Arms Microns (and other compatible accessories) can be added on to make even bigger and more ridiculous weapons.
- As the Star Saber requires three "Pure"-type Energon Crystals to be classified as a Super Combo Weapon, all current versions of O.P. and B.2 can be substituted into the mix. Shadow R.A. has a "Fake Dark" Crystal though, so substituting him in reduces the combination to a mere Combo Weapon.
