Things that may or may not be army builders

I was wondering about these two things but would Cyclonus and Minicons be armybuilders? (Cyclonus because of his ""Armada" and Minicons because of how many crowded shots use models from other Minicons as generics and the shots where no bodies are clearly visible but there are distinctl large numbers of them like towards the end of armada)--BlackStarscream 20:21, 15 July 2011 (EDT)

I would offer a similar question to both BW Dinobot's. Since Megatron did have a tendency to create a lot of clones of him, that just never transformed...
