Talk:Electrochemical laser

Are we thinking this weapon is the toy's hand held rifle? That would make sense. The notes in Galvatron's particle cannon page indicate that the "laser" he "carries" in robot mode is referring to his arm cannon. That makes less sense, since they wouldn't specify that he carries it in robot mode. The instructions call his cannon a laser, but that might be a misinterpretation of his bio. - Starfield 22:59, 30 January 2013 (EST)

Based on the other 1986 moviebots, I'd say this laser is definitely Galvatron's hand-held rifle. The other moviebots have similar wording in their bios that refer to their hand held rifles. "In robot mode he carries an X laser that does Y." - Starfield 22:09, 1 February 2013 (EST)
