Patrick Seitz (born March 17, 1978 in Riverside, California) is an American voice actor. He can be recognized as the voice of Count Dracula in many of the Castlevania games, Frédéric François Chopin in Eternal Sonata, Ragna the Bloodedge in BlazBlue, Franky in One Piece, Scorpion in the recent Mortal Kombat games, and Isshin Kurosaki in Bleach.
