Bulkhead is an Autobot from the IDW Generation 1 continuity portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Bulkhead is among the leadership of Cybertron's Engineering guild, and an early supporter of Optimus Prime. A pragmatic bot, he's got no time for fancypants.
