The Silent Castle's conversion abilities drew the attention of Megatron, who went to Trans-Carpathia to investigate.Unfoldings! Insulted by the arrogance of Cobra Commander, he attacked the castle and in turn came under fire by Cobra forces. After taking a direct hit from a rail gun designed by Doctor Biggles-Jones and noting its impressive power, Megatron ceased his attack. He worked out a deal with Cobra Commander whereby his battle-haggard body would be rebuilt and upgraded, incorporating the rail gun into its systems, and in exchange he would turn the technology of the Ark over to Cobra.Realignments Following the successful upgrade procedure, Megatron and the Cobra forces departed Trans-Carpathia for Canada Goin' South
