Megatron is a Decepticon from Bot Shots.

Megatron is one of the most powerful bots around. He can even link up to a black hole and draw upon extradimensional energy to increase his power. He is happy to demonstrate on anyone who challenges him. This includes in particular bots who call him "Old Buckethead".

Bot Shots Megatron is a teeny tank that borrows some elements from both the War for Cybertron and Revenge of the Fallen Megatron designs. He has a spring-loaded automatic transformation to robot mode triggered when his front is pressed and a "spinner" in his chest that shows his three attack types and power levels. He was only available in a three-pack with Nemesis Prime and Acid Storm.

A redeco of the Bot Shots tank Megatron mold in bronze with a large "trailer" tank body extension that transforms into a battle station with a launcher mechanism. The large, non-firing cannon on the launcher has detailing reminiscent of the original Megatron's fusion cannon.

Cast in translucent dark green plastic, "Super Bot" Megatron is an extensive retool of Optimus Prime, transforming into a semi-truck with trailer, taking inspiration from the Kre-O and Dark of the Moon Megatrons. He features a new hood, grille and "trailer" section in truck mode and a new head and chest in robot mode. Whilst virtually identical from the front, the head is not the same one used on the tank Megatrons, as it is molded as one part with the chestpiece. Additionally, the back of the head is a different shape so as to fit in the truck mode hood. Unlike Super Bot Sentinel Prime, Megatron's non-functional wheels have been painted black to match his rolling ones. Like the rest of the line, he has a spring-loaded transformation and a spinning stat dial in its chest. As a Super Bot, he was packed one per case.

Available only with the Bot Shots Dragon Track set, this version of Megatron is a new Flip Shot mold, changing from a robot into a purple jet with animalistic styling on its nose. An impact to the front of the jet will cause Megatron to flip back into robot mode.
