Cosmotector (Prime)

The Cosmotector is a Mini-Con-formed weapon from the Aligned continuity family.

A powerful shield formed from the Arms Microns Pral, Sais, and Jayz, the Cosmotector (コスモテクター Kosumotekutā) is just one of the many Super Combo Weapons the Arms Microns can form when they work together.

The Cosmotector appears only in the Arms Micron Theater segment of the Japanese broadcasts.

O.P. called in Pral, Jayz and Sais to help him when he and his friends were being harassed by the Decepticon Dark Matter Calibur trio. The three combined into the Cosmotector Super Combo Weapon, then unveiled their "true form" by powering up into a golden glowing version of the weapon, and promptly defeated the Dark Matter Calibur with a single blow. The golden version of the Cosmotector was made available before the normal version. Once you've assembled the three components they can be combined to form a shield, with Pral forming the top, Sais forming the middle and handle, and Jayz forming the bottom.

The three components were part of the Japanese ToysЯUs exclusive Battle Shield Optimus multi-pack, which includes a redeco of AM-01 Optimus Prime, and a gray version of O.P..

The normal version of the Cosmotector could only be assembled by buying the three individually-sold Microns. Each one came as an unassembled, unpainted "kit", released in the second wave of the "AMW" series. The completed shield's color scheme is an homage to Optimus Prime.
