- Megatron is the leader of the Predacons in the Robots in Disguise continuity. He later upgrades into Galvatron.
Megatron is the leader of the Predacons. He claims to have decimated numerous planets during his campaign for Predacon supremecy before coming to Earth. (Though exacly how, since he arives on this planet nearly out of energon and with only 4 incompetant buffons for troops is a mystery). He appears to have come into conflict with Optimus Prime and his Autobots numerous times before. Although Megatron is a powerful warrior he typically leaves the fighting to his Predacon lackies, such as Sky-Byte prefering to stalk around his ship/base, sit on his can, and yell at them when they inevitably fail.
Megatron can transform into at least 6 modes: his robot mode, a jet mode, a vehicle mode, a gargoyle mode, a dragon mode and a giant hand.
