Bigger is not always better.
Synopsis
Optimus Prime is overseeing work on Scramble City when a bunch of construction vehicles show up... but then they start wrecking the place and stealing the energy blocks! Megatron appears and boasts the four vehicles are actually Decepticons: the Constructicons! The four transform to Kreon mode, but then combine into the mighty giant Devastator, who tries to step on the puny Autobots!
The 'Bots are in a panic, but Devastator's big ol' over-sized under-foot gives Optimus an idea... tickle machine! Devastator laughs uncontrollably, losing his balance and falling on his back, riiiiiiight on top of Megatron. Celebration!
Back at the Decepticon base, Megatron has the Constructicons punished by binding them up and having the other Decepticons tickle the helpless quartet.

Notes
- This comic's release coincides with the announcement of the first wave of Micro Changer Combiners in Japan.
- As per usual with this series, multiple Kreons appear in this story who do not exist as toys. All of them, however, use existing Kre-O parts in their builds, though some are rather extensively "painted".
Transformers references
- Scramble City is pretty blatantly the Transformers: Generations Metroplex toy. At the distance tho it's hard to tell if it's meant to be a brick-built version.
- The appearance of a good number of major Autobot leader-types seems to be a direct response to the previous installment's appearance of several Decpticon leader-types.
- The appearance of Revenge of the Fallen-styled Skids and Mudflap references how those two were the only Autobots to tackle the Devastator from that film.
