Toys
Go!
- Gaidora (Deluxe, 6-22-13)
- Japanese ID number: G04
- Accessories: Missile launcher, double-headed missile, tail-whip
- Part of the second wave of Go! toys, Gaidora is a redeco and retool of Prime: Beast Hunters Lazerback, with a new head, and transforms into a griffon-y kinda thing. His tail detaches to become a whip that is held by his hands via 5mm post, and his dragon back hinges over his head in robot mode to reveal a spring-loaded missile launcher which fires a single, double-pronged missile. The launcher itself is attached to a peg-hole on his back, and can be detached for use as a hand-held weapon. Due to his retooled head causing clearance issues, his Beast head will not secure into place in Beast Mode. Also, Because Gaidora is packaged with his Tail-Whip weapon being held, many sample have been reported to have stressed plstic on his left hand.
- The original version of this mold was redecoed to make "Beast Hunters" Vertebreak.
Notes
- Gaidora's name is based on "Supernatural Dragon" (怪・ドラ kai - dora), as demonstrated in his function of "Supernatural Strength Oni" (怪力鬼 Kairikiki).
