Panther is a Maximal in the Beast Wars portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Panther turns into... a panther! Yeah. In the Japanese Beast Wars Metals manga, however, he's actually Ravage. Or at least, Ravage looks an awful lot like Panther.
