The Stellar Cartography Archive is an innocent installation on Bhul in the Van-Dema Sector. Or at least, that's what it seems to be; it is in actuality a facility used by Jhiaxus to prepare for the Expansion.

IDW Generation 1 continuity

Detecting Jhiaxus's foul scent at the Stellar Cartography Archive, Arcee broke into the facility and rampaged, demanding to know where Jhiaxus was. Tyrest Accord enforcer Ultra Magnus met her there and knocked her out with a shock grenade before bringing her to Autobot authories. The Archive workers reported to Jhiaxus that the Nega-Core contained at the installation was thankfully not detected. Spotlight: Arcee The Nega-Core was placed on the fourth moon of Bhul.
