This is a purple redeco of Beast Wars Guiledart. This mold was also used for Triceradon, Guiledart, Walmart Triceradon, and Killer Punch.

Slug transforms into a purple "triceratops." His tail and horns are made of rubber. In beast mode, the two swords store on the sides of his belly and stick outward.
