John Mariano (born August 5, 1960 in Astoria, New York) is an American actor with a long list of animation and video game voice acting credits. He is possibly best-known in animation circles for his role as the "Goodfeather" pigeon Bobby from Animaniacs, as well as the Sewer Czar from The Tick.
He also has appeared in numerous live-action television series, from Matlock to Caroline in the City to Desperate Housewives.
