Jirō Saitō

Jirō Saitō (斉藤 次郎 Saitō Jirō) is a Japanese voice actor, born May 24 in Tochigi, Japan. Though he usually plays "additional voices", a few of his more notable anime roles include Shikou Chouko in Ikki Tousen and Fuyuo Kawaguchi in Desert Punk.

Saitō receives far more work in the dubbing business, with some of his notable dub roles being Heimdall in Thor, Victor Hugo in Cars 2, Killer Moth in both Teen Titans and The Batman, and Bradford/Dogpound/Rahzar in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
