HÅchÅ« ÅŒtsuka
Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠 Ōtsuka Hōchū) is a veteran voice actor born May 19, 1954, in Okayama, Japan. On Transformers he was credited as Yoshitada Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠 Ōtsuka Yoshitada), his real name.

- Although Ōtsuka played Flint in the Japanese dub of the G.I. Joe cartoon, he did not voice the character for his brief cameo in the Transformers episode "The Killing Jar". There, Flint was voiced by Takurō Kitagawa.
