Two-Headed Shockwave is a man-made Transformer who resembles Shockwave, but with an extra head.

Several Two-Headed Shockwave drones were built by KSI. After Galvatron took over KSI, the drones were among those he sent to capture the Seed in Hong Kong in order to cyberform the Earth. Hound shot one of them in the face with his cy-gar, and another is taken out when Optimus sets off Lockdown's grenade to force the Decepticons to retreat.
