The second head (his left) looks different from the picture, but that may be a concept art thing that didn't make it to the final movie, which I admit I haven't seen yet since my life's kind of being unmanageable right now. So it's not possible that someone thought "if we take this thing we have and add this extra thing, it kinda looks like this other thing from this other place?" I don't think there's as much of a resemblance as you're saying. The second head looks like it's intended to look the same as the first, and it's just the angle that makes it look a bit like it has a forehead horn. --abates (talk) 22:17, 14 July 2014 (EDT)
