The "Two-headed Shockwave" is a man-made Transformer who resembles One-headed Shockwave, but with an extra head.

Age of Extinction film
Several two-headed Shockwave drones were built by KSI. After Galvatron took over KSI, the drones were among those he sent to capture the Seed in Hong Kong in order to cyberform the Earth. Hound shot one of them in the face with his cigar, and another was taken out when Optimus Prime set off Lockdown's grenade to force the Decepticons to retreat. Age of Extinction
