Omnicon

The Omnicons are Transformers, larger than Mini-cons but still fairly small, that have the ability to handle and process raw energon. They can convert this substance into useful tools and weapons, or into Energon stars. Energon stars, tasty with a savory mercury sauce and a light sprinkling of electrons-trons, can also be used by the Omnicons' Autobot allies as power booster cells. The Energon products of the Omnicons' efforts are invariably some shade of red, because it looks like delicious candy.

There are many identical Omnicons, and large squads of them with identical body types are very common. However, they are not drones, but individuals with full capabilities for independent thought.
