- Navi is a computer AI used by Maximals and Predacons in the Beast Era continuity family.
The Navi computer AI is used by both Maximals and Predacons by the era of the Beast Wars. Navis are typically given the voice and personality of cute little girls. Navis can range from being stoic robots to demanding bitches.
Fiction
Beast Wars II
The Navi in Beast Wars II was the computer for Leo Prime's space craft. She originally had no coporeal form until halfway through the series, where she was given a small hovering LED screen for a body.
Beast Wars Neo
The Navi for Big Convoy's ship, the Gung-Ho, was virtually identical to the Navi from Beast Wars II, save for having different colors for her LED body.
The Predacon ship, the Dinosaur, on the other hand, had D-Navi. D-Navi was a moody little bitchotron. She considered herself a "Predacon Princess" and refused to properly teleport the Predacons to their destinations unless they called her by her Princess name of the day. And even if they did, she sometimes screwed with them, anyway. She had a bad habit of trying to leave Sling behind. By the end of the series, D-Navi fell in love with Guiledart, though the attraction wasn't exactly mutual.
