Predaking (COP)

Predaking is the original leader of the Predacons from the Aligned continuity family.

The largest and most powerful of the Predacons, the imposing robotic dragon known as Predaking was the first Predacon to emerge from the Well of All Sparks. During his reign over young Cybertron's hinterlands, he struck fear into the sparks of all but the most stout-hearted Cybertronians.

The Covenant of Primus

Predaking was the first Predacon to emerge from the Well of Allsparks who immediately displayed his beast nature by devouring a nearby creature. He was soon joined by the newly-born Lazerback and Twinstrike, and in time more newborn Predacons joined his cause. Throughout the Age of Evolution, Predaking ruled Cybertron's wild regions, disdainfully viewing other Cybertronians as lesser beings and, when the need arose, as meals. He would soon be approached by Prima, who bested him in combat. Prima offered him a deal- he and the other Primes would leave Predaking and his followers alone if he no longer preyed on other sentient Cybertronians.

When the Great Cataclysm struck, Predaking tried to rally his kind to safety underground, but the irradiated Predacons soon fell into a frenzy and began attacking one another. He managed to subdue Lazerback and Twinstrike, and the trio headed underground and entered stasis lock. Shockwave eventually recovered Predaking's remains, extracted his CNA, and created a feral clone of him. The Covenant of Primus
