Stupid Drones are one of the many inhabitants of Lockdown's ship. Unlike their other comrades, however, the function of the Stupid Drones is not exactly clear.

Stupid Drones were the first creatures that Tessa Yeager encountered when she arrived in Lockdown's ship. The two beings had a brief exchange of glances before the former became aggressive and Tessa fled. Age of Extinction

Notes

• the concept art for the Stupid Drone (shown above) depicts it with an electrified whip that it doesn't wield in the final film. Considering that the Stupid Drone's main role in the final film is solely as part of a brief comic releif joke about it's appearance, it's rather questionable as to why it was planned to wield one in the first place. It's probably best not to think about it.
