David Patrick Seitz (born March 17, 1978 in Riverside, California) is an American voice actor. He can be recognized as the voice of Count Dracula in many of the Castlevania games, Zomom in Sonic Lost World, Frédéric François Chopin in Eternal Sonata, Ragna the Bloodedge in BlazBlue, Franky in One Piece, the current voice of Scorpion in the Mortal Kombat franchise as well as Deathstroke in Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe, Sloth in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Kunzite in the 2014 English redub of Sailor Moon, Isshin Kurosaki in Bleach, and numerous roles in Digimon Fusion.
