Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryōtarō, born November 17, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor. He works for Aoni Production and has provided voices for dozens and dozens of characters in anime, video games and dubs, including Scar in the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime, Andrew Waltfeld in Gundam SEED, Byakuya Kukichi in Bleach, the eponymous hero of Toriko, Tiger's Eye in Sailor Moon, Treize Khushrenada in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk, Alucard in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Lee Chaolan in the Tekken video games and Zero in the Mega Man X video games, and Mccrane from Brave Police J-Decker and Leon from Brave of Gold Goldran.
