Ryūzaburō Ōtomo (大友龍三郎 Ōtomo Ryūzaburō, born May 18, 1952) is a Japanese voice actor. Some of his better known roles include Commander Ashura in Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos, Dabura in Dragon Ball Z as well Porunga and King Cold in Dragon Ball Kai, Captain Battleship in Bobobo-Bo Bo-bobo, Faust in Saber Marionette J, Abdul Hakeem in Cowboy Bebop, Crocodile/Mr. 0 in One Piece, Nolt Marcus in Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, the knife-wielding Chef in Gregory Horror Show, and Myotismon/Vamdemon in Digimon Adventure.

In the world of dubbing, he has played Zangief (Andrew Bryniarski) in the TV dub of Street Fighter, the title villain (Arnold Schwarzenegger) in the TV Asahi and VHS dubs of The Terminator, the Kurgan (Clancy Brown) in Highlander, Mr. Freeze (Ahnuld again) in the DVD and TV Asahi dub of Batman & Robin, the title villain in the TV Asahi and DVD dubs of Predator and Predator 2, Magneto in the TV Tokyo dub of Saban's X-Men, Nicholas Fury in Iron Man, Smaug the Dragon in both The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug & Battle of Five Armies, Max the Butler in Cats Don't Dance, the Rat King in the TV Tokyo dub of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Leatherhead in the Broadcast Satellite 2 dub of the same series.
