There are multiple comics associated with the Revenge of the Fallen movie franchise, by IDW Publishing and Titan:
- Transformers: Destiny, a prequel series consisting of two separate four-issue story arcs:
- Transformers: Alliance, the mini-series, picks up where The Reign of Starscream left off and leads into Revenge of the Fallen itself.
- Transformers: Defiance, the second mini-series, is actually set much further in the past, dealing with the rise of Megatron and serving as a prequel to the live-action film continuity family as a whole.
- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, another four-issue mini-series from IDW released weekly before the movie's theatrical release.
- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, a monthly title by Titan in the UK (a rebranding of their existing comic).
- Transformers: Tales of the Fallen, a miniseries by IDW.
- Transformers: Nefarious, a sequel to Tales of the Fallen, in a similar vein as The Reign of Starscream.
Japanese continuity
- Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen: Unite for the Universe, a comic book series packaged with Japan's Revenge of the Fallen toys.
