Jack at LCTV sent reporter Joy Meadows and her crew to Littlewood, California on a "pointless assignment". There, they found the Dinobot Sludge, which offered a scoop that elated Joy. Dinobot Hunt!

Notes

• At the start of "In the National Interest", Bob, the host of Between the Lines, described Joy Meadows as a "former reporter with Californian local TV", possibly providing a hint as to what the network's initials stand for. However, during the rest of the story Joy is still seen to be working with Rick and Tony in their distinctive LCTV van. Perhaps she used to work for CLTV?
