Kōzō Shioya (塩屋浩三 Shioya Kōzō) is a veteran seiyū born on August 18, 1955 in Kagoshima Prefecture. He is still represented by Aoni Production. He may be best known as Majin Buu in Dragon Ball Z.

His younger brother is voice actor Yoku Shioya.
