Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. His best known voice over roles are Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, the Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on The Hub's G.I. Joe: Renegades, several characters on Family Guy, Principal Lewis on American Dad, Junior on The Cleveland Show, Panthro from 2011 reboot of ThunderCats, and as... the Grimace from The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald.

His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity, Ed Ward on Like Family, and a cameo near the end of Clerks II.

Richardson also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
