My First Blaster was built by Brainstorm for Swerve to suit the Autobot's smaller stature and inability to properly wield larger weapons, like the Shoomer. When confronted by a Legislator in his bar, Swerve used the weapon to disable his attacker, prompting congratulations from My First Blaster. When attempting to save Skids from a mysterious attacker, My First Blaster missed its shots, but encouraged Swerve to keep practicing. House of Ambus

Swerve was armed with My First Blaster when Optimus Prime assigned him to Pipes's team. The B-Team Part Deux
Notes
- My First Blaster is outfitted with an orange cap on the barrel, for safety reasons.
- Phaser, Swerve's Targetmaster in Takara's Legends line, is colored to resemble this weapon, complete with orange barrel and multicolored knobs.
