Stillwater Wharf

On the edge of Central City lies a cargo dock named Stillwater Wharf. It used to be a nice neighborhood until an Autobot ship landed on it.

When the Autobot ship Arclight crashed, its fuel cells landed on Stillwater Wharf, resulting in the area being drenched with energon from the busted cells.
