The J.U.M.P. (or Jet Unit: Mobile Propulsion pack) is a jetpack used by the G.I. Joe team.
Fiction
Transformers vs. G.I. Joe
J.U.M.P.s were used heavily by the Joe team in their assault on the Cobra base, Koh-Buru-Lah. Notably, Colonel "Tomahawk" Abernathy advised his team on their use; Bazooka and Stalker used them as weapons against Creeper vines; Snake Eyes used one to escape the clutches of Starscream and pursue Cobra Commander; and several members of the Joe team used them to escape a massive Creeper vine explosion. - JUMP (Jet Unit Mobile Propulsion) toys were part of the first line of G.I. Joe toys from waaaaaay back in 1982.
