Wheels for feet, no visible weapons... does this mean that he'll team up with Megatron?
Fixit is an Autobot from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Fixit is a hyperactive Mini-Con who oversaw a prison ship that crashed on Earth, so now he's advising Bumblebee on recapturing all the Decepticons set loose, while also designing various devices to help recapture them. He's developed a verbal tic as a result of the crash, which causes him to occasionally finish off his sentences with a word that rhymes with the intended word, rather than the correct one. Due to Fixit's small size, he cannot transform into earth vehicles like the rest of his Autobot comrades, and, instead, transforms into a multitude of different mechanical tools to aid him in his job as the team's resident mechanic.

Fixit was assigned to the prison ship Alchemor, which contained some of Cybertron's most dangerous Decepticon criminals. Unfortunately, the ship crashed on Earth under mysterious circumstances. The crash totaled the ship, stranded Fixit, and deactivated most of the stasis cells intended to keep the Alchemor's inmates under control. Fixit struggled to reactivate the ship while trying to reestablish contact with Cybertron. He was eventually rescued by Bumblebee, Strongarm, and Sideswipe, who had arrived on the planet in response to a vision from Optimus Prime. Bumblebee grilled Fixit about the nature of the Alchemor's cargo, and was dismayed to learn that the crash had inadvertently freed hundreds of rogue Decepticons on the unsuspecting planet. The team proceeded to have a fight with Underbite right in Fixit's work area. Pilot (Part 1)

While the others pursued Underbite, Fixit failed to make friends with Sideswipe, and continued with his repair work. He was able to get a stasis cell back online and scrounge up some capture tools which he supplied to the rest of the team. After Underbite's defeat, he and the other Autobots moved their equipment to Denny Clay's scrapyard. Pilot (Part 1)
