Located in Detroit, the prison was holding Meltdown in a specially built cell when Bumblebee and Sari Sumdac paid him a visit. Some time later, the Dinobots broke into the prison and, lacking the tools to get Meltdown out, took the entire cell. Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

Located in the Florida Everglades, Blackwater Prison was the home to captured Cobra officers including Tomax, Xamot, and Major Bludd. Cobra mounted an operation to free them. Everybody Hates Metroplex
