PDTF Comic
Transformer PD Type was a series of mini-comics, interviews and character files sold with "super-deformed" miniature Transformers toys. There were a total of 24 mini comics produced. The character files ranged from history to humorous "articles" about the characters.
Storyline
The "PDTF" storyline pays no attention to continuity or logic; think of it as "Transformers meets Looney Tunes". Characters from various Transformers franchises, including Generation 1, 2010, Headmasters, Masterforce and Victory, coexist with one another even when it makes no sense (Megatron switches back and forth from his Galvatron form wherever convenient).
The basic premise was that the Decepticons were after a new super-energy source known as the "Blackball", a black orb of untold power. The Autobots struggle to keep them from obtaining it, typically with hilarious results.
