André Luiz Chapéu

André Luiz Chapéu (?? - 199?) was a prolific Brazilian voice actor. Among his numerous voice roles were Brutus from the Popeye franchise, George Wilson on Dennis The Menace and Cobra Commander on G. I. Joe.
