Mrs Luskey is married to Mayor Luskey of Griffin Rock. She is a former winner of the Miss Griffin Rock pageant and always carries her little pet dog Poopsie with her in her handbag.

Mayor Luskey and his wife had a patch of grass cut for their weekly picnic. Huxley Prescott mistook the square patch for a crop circle. The Alien Invasion of Griffin Rock
Some weeks later, the couple was on their way back to Griffin Rock on the Floating Xanadu from a vacation. They had a minor argument about the amount of luggage the wife insisted to take with her on vacation, but that was cut short when the boat suddenly scraped bottom and the couple realized they were dangerously close to the cliffs as a result of the automatic lighthouse failing to activate. They were saved just in time by Dani Burns and Blades.
The next day, Luskey hosted that year's Miss Griffin Rock pageant. In his enthusiasm, he called that year's swimsuit competition the best ever, but a harumph by his wife made him correct himself that it was the second best ever. The next round was about Speed Calculus and Luskey invited his wife to announce the finalists. She was about to when a shark was spotted near the beach and she and almost everyone else fled. After their house was attacked by a rogue road roller which was stopped by the MorBot, Mayor Luskey and his wife emerged from their home and were witness to Doctor Morocco's arrival. She and Luskey had to flee their house when it was threatened by fire. Prescott's Bots She entered Poopsie in a dog show, but when a fire broke out in the tent and she evacuated, she realized Poopsie was still trapped inside. After her dog was rescued by Noble, she got her husband to present the doggie rescuer with a medal. Rescue Dog She was extremely unhappy when the town's presents sank, but after a visit from the Rider of Midwinter, she and her husband turned up to the Midwinter Morning bonfire. The Riders of Midwinter The Luskeys were on board the Griffin Rock Express for its first trip, and were only saved from perishing in its fiery crash by the intervention of the rescue team. Coming to her husband's aid after he passed out, Mrs Luskey was surprised to find he had no memory of her. Double Villainy She attended the Mayor's dinner for visiting investor Mrs Dumont. Did You See What I Thaw? Mrs Luskey was relieved when Poopsie was saved from traffic by Servo. Her attempts to fit Poopsie with a new diamond-encrusted collar were hampered by the dog escaping the house, though she later managed to fit the collar. Poopsie and her husband subsequently went missing, and she contacted the emergency services. Four-Legged Hero Mrs Luskey asked her husband to walk Poopsie, only for him to simply set the dog loose. When a dangerous quantum crystal was found in a time capsule, Mrs Luskey and her husband abandoned island on their yacht. The entire island disappeared, resulting in their boat sinking, however they were rescued by High Tide, Blurr and Salvage. Now and Then
