Kōzō Shioya (塩屋浩三 Shioya Kōzō born August 18, 1955) is a Japanese veteran voice actor who is still represented by Aoni Production and the older brother of fellow voice actor Yoku Shioya. He may be best known as Majin Buu & Guldo in Dragon Ball Z and Isamu Amami and Polonaise in GaoGaiGar.
He has also been involved in dubbing for voicing over Duck the Great Western Engine in Thomas & Friends, Newman in Seinfeld, Runt in Animaniacs, Chien-Po in Mulan, Gonzo in the Muppets, Spike in Dinosaurs, Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, Robert Burke in The Lost World: Jurassic Park and of course, Paul Blart in Paul Blart: Mall Cop.
