Burn Out (Diaclone)
- Burn Out is a Diaclone mech from the Diaclone continuity family.
Burn Out is one of the results of the Diaclone project, a mech assigned to Dia that uses her personality as the basis of its AI. Unfortunately, since Dia herself is stoic, determined, and stubborn, the AI often clashes with Dia on the best course of action, which tires out the pilot more than actually piloting the mech. Her solution? Turn off the voice command function.
While on the small side of Diaclone mechs, Burn Out possesses an impressive array of weaponry, including pulse rifles and concussion levelers.
Fiction

Burn Out and Lift-Ticket appeared on the Axiom Nexus, soon disappearing after encountering a certain group of breaking out criminals. However, they were actually tracking the Waruders hive. The duo signaled to General Optimus Prime and Sgt. Hound the location of it and began fighting. The initial plan was to collect the Waruders' venom to build an anti-toxin so Burn Out ran cover fire, impressing Sgt. Hound. When Lift-Ticket took damaged, Burn Out expressed fear over Cline's safety.
