Scavenger (Universe Ultra)
| The name or term "Scavenger" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Scavenger (disambiguation). |
- Scavenger is a Decepticon from the 2001 Robots in Disguise continuity family who was drawn into the Universe War.

Scavenger is one of four Decepticons who combine into the mighty Constructicon Devastator. Scavenger's personality, like that of his comrades, is unknown. It is also unknown what, if any, connection he has with the other green-and-purple construction vehicles named "Scavenger" throughout the multiverse—not to mention the one also in the Universe War.

Scavenger was created when the members of the Build Team of Viron 704.31 Epsilon was reformatted by Megazarak's Robo-Smasher. The team was ego-wiped and implanted with shell programs drawn from old Predacon personality components. On the eve of an important battle, members of both sides of the war, including the Constructicons, were snatched away by Unicron to participate in the Universe War. Ask Vector Prime

Universe (2003)
- Bonecrusher & Scavenger (Ultra-level 2-pack, 2006)
- A redeco of 2001 Robots in Disguise Grimlock, Scavenger transforms into an excavator. His digger-arm can plug into his back, or theoretically be used as a hand-held weapon. He can form both arms (simultaneously) or either leg to the team's combined super robot mode. However, he looks absolutely gimpy as a leg, so...
- He was available only in a Target-exclusive 2-pack with Bonecrusher.
Notes
- While clearly an homage to his Generation 1 Constructicon namesake, this Scavenger's team technically has no name. The term "Constructicon" appears solely as a prefix to the name of their combined form, "Constructicon Devastator." Thus, the only Universe characters who can properly be considered Constructicons are the Micromasters, whose packaging does identify them as such.
