During a Cybertronian holiday, the Rescue Bots take on their biggest challenge yet — a super-sized, overtired baby.

Synopsis

[edit]

It's morning in Griffin Rock, and the rescue team are woken by a loud pounding noise which turns out to be Boulder playing a massive drum. He's worked out that today is All Spark Day, a traditional Cybertronian holiday. Heatwave thinks they should stick to celebrating Earth holidays, and further discussion is curtailed by an emergency call. The team heads out to sea, where the Luskeys' yacht is falling victim to freak waves. As the yacht slowly sinks, the mayor and his wife are plucked from the water (along with Poopsie) and Blades and Dani use the winch to fish it up. Another freak wave hits, but with some teamwork everyone makes it through. Meanwhile Cody has spotted the source of the waves — High Tide is doing cannonballs from a small island while in his giant robot mode. The rest of the team head out to investigate, and it turns out High Tide is celebrating All Spark Day. They successfully persuade him to take his celebrations further out to sea where they won't cause as much damage.

Strong, artistic, green and gold nature lover? Have we found Bulkhead and Prowl's son at last?

Back on land, the Bots start talking about organizing their own All Spark Day celebration, however Heatwave believes that they should leave the Cybertronian traditions on Cybertron. Cody later finds Boulder on the roof, painting a picture of his first All Spark Day on Cybertron, and the pair conclude Heatwave is homesick. Cody resolves to get the rest of the family to organize an Earth version of All Spark Day. Chief points out they don't have much time to get things ready, but Cody plans on roping in the rest of town.

Mayor Luskey agrees, though he's too busy watching TV to offer help himself. The family goes out to enlist other townsfolk: Dani secures the services of Mr. Harrison's band, while Graham finds Jerry has a shipment of blueberry juice to use as an energon substitute for the fountain and Kade asks Hayley if she'll supply the storytelling. For the Parade of Metals, Cody's asked Ezra Greene to use the Minimizer in reverse to grow some rock samples to giant size. Work temporarily stops while Doc finds a new table, and also CeCe's stuffed frog Pasteur. Doc sticks the kid in her pen, but she promptly escapes while he's seeing Cody off and goes to grab the Minimizer. There's an explosion, after which Doc Greene finds himself being chased by his own giant-sized toddler. He manages to evade her, but finds she's damaged the Minimizer and he can't simply zap her back to normal. CeCe heads towards town.

Honey, I... you know what, the joke's too obvious.

As Luskey finally emerges to see how preparations are going, there is suddenly a series of earthquakes. Chief takes a call from Doc, whose warning is entirely unnecessary since CeCe has arrived at the town square in search of the giant doughnut sign atop the bakery. The doughnut is not to her taste, and it takes out the "energon" fountain as she discards it. Cody arrives, only to be chased by CeCe and Chase manages to save him from being stomped on. Doc explains over the phone that he's fixing the Minimizer so that CeCe's state can be reversed. The Bots try to keep CeCe still using collision foam and Blades's winch, but CeCe swings Blades around violently before playing with Boulder and Chase like toys. Blades manages to distract her until she decides to go take a bath in the harbor.

Sounds like someone's got an Ice Cream headache.

Though the ferry may never be the same, CeCe appears to calm down, however Doc warns that if she doesn't get her stuffed frog soon, she's going to throw a tantrum. Kade attempts unsuccessfully to calm CeCe down while Dani and Blades fetch Pasteur, and a tantrum indeed starts. Pasteur turns out to be too small, so instead Boulder makes like a frog. CeCe buys it and calms down, however Doc says she needs a story and to be rocked to sleep. Fortunately the team is able to contact High Tide who obliges, starting on the story of the Hammer of Primus before the toddler drifts off. Doc arrives with the repaired Minimizer and returns her to normal size.

The Bots celebrate All Spark Day with the townsfolk, all except Mayor Luskey who's still cowering under his desk.
